  Great service! I have purchased six vehicles from here in the last 4 years. Rod Thiessen has always provided excellent service as salesperson for all my vehicles. The parts and service department has always been very helpful and knowledgeable as well!

  Brought in a 2014 Jetta TDI for oil change. I had asked young kid if they had changed these before, and replied yes. turns out that they had to make two separate orders for Lordco to bring up a custom oil filter, then they had to make another call to Lordco to bring up the custom synthetic oil. Why couldn't they have just made one trip? Waited well over an hour for something they've clearly never done before, but was told they had. Not very impressed.

  We came upon SA|GM by recommendation from a friend and we purchased our High Country 3500 from Rod. He was excellent to work with and delivers exceptional customer service! The service/parts department have also provided A+ attention during each visit. You won’t be disappointed by keeping your purchase local at Salmon Arm GM!

  We are from out of province and travel to Bc regularly. This dealership has saved us twice now while travelling with our new Sierra Denali 3500, they have gone over and above any expected service we could have possibly expected having a diesel tech come in early on a Saturday that he was not scheduled to work to figure out the first problem we had ,they parted out a truck on the lot for parts we needed to get us back on the road:) the second and most recent event they diagnosed the problem over the phone ,had parts overnighted from Vancouver and had us back on the road by 10 am the next day, again I have never received this level of service from our local dealer back home and will definitely be buying our next truck from this dealer just based on the service alone!
