  Great, stand-up sales guys. Dealing with Aaron and Brent was easy and smooth. While we did not end up buying from them, yet, they took care of us and listened to our needs and wants. Will definitely consider them again, and am still working with the guys to find the right used vehicle for us

  They missed a simple wheel allignment after having my vehicle several times after a MVA. Then when my tires were warped by the 5th time bringing the vehicle in and they were not road safe as a result they tried to sell me new tires after they threw out my others. During this 6 month period they knew that i was injured in the accident and not working as a result but still tried to get money for new tires regardless. I asked the manager if he could sell me some at cost to them since they threw mine out and he basically laughed at me.

  Dealt with Brandon from service..... we were stuck far from home he managed to squeeze us in right away due to our circumstances. Thank goodness found out it was a faulty key not even 2 hrs from having our vehicle there we are back in our new dodge on the road again........Great customer service guys :)

  If you ever get an out of province inspection, get it in writing how long you have to get it re-inspection if it fails. You have 30 days by provincial standards. They told us we had 3 weeks and charged us the full price for a re-inspection when we showed up a few days past the 3 week mark. That said, the staff were really polite and thorough but unfortunately I won't likely deal with them again.

  Fantastic service! I had bought a Jeep recently from Vernon dodge which was a mistake because of there terrible customer service and lack of morals. So instead of giving them any more business when I needed new tires and rims for my Jeep, I went to Braby motors. The service was fast and they answered all my questions. Gave me a good deal on the tires. And lastly the real cherry on the customer service cake, they called me back a few days later to make sure everything went well and is working good! I’ll definitely be going back to that dealership exclusively in the future!
