    Impossible to get an appointment setup, voice based menu is awful. Poor customer service.

    I have never been to another branch, that when the line starts to get long, even a bit. They come over and ask u how your day is going, as well as ask if u have to deal with cash, cause if not, u can go over to the customers service desk & they will help u rather then waiting in line.
