  Brought my 2016 Toyota Highlander in for service. I found that the cruise control light was flickering and I mentioned to the service specialist at the counter. As it turn out it's a electrical issue and it is still covered under warranty. However, because of work, I am not able to bring the car back to fix at Hill Top. They charge me for technician's time for finding out it was a design flaw by Toyota and my vehicle is still under warranty. They made it sound like they got no other choice but to a client, it was between them and manufacturer. If they can not back their own product, they probably shouldn't resell it.

  Chuck and his service team were amazing! We live in Calgary and worked typically with our local Toyota Dealer there. Since day one that we purchased our brand new 2016 Tundra, we had experiencing multiple issues with front end vibration. Despite numerous concerns and complaints, we were told by our local Toyota Dealer in Calgary that there was nothing wrong with our Truck. We gave up, but soon the vibration started getting worse, we decided to take the vehicle into a servicer in Saskatoon, who ended up rebalancing the tires resulting in the minor alleviation of the vibration. As we continued our tour, the vibration returned at higher speeds. We became very concerned and while camped out in Salmon Arm, we contacted the service department at Hillside Toyota. Debbie (reception) and Chuck quickly returned my call and fit me in to have a look. They discovered that 3 of the 4 tires were still out of balance. After rebalancing, a test drive and a careful reassessment, Chuck called me again and asked if they could keep it for an extra day just to see if there was something extra they could do. He soon called me and informed me that the rotors were in fact defective and would be covered under my vehicles manufacturer's warranty!!! They also detailed it and made sure that it was better inside and out compared to when I dropped it off. Sincere thanks Hillside Toyota, but more importantly thanks Chuck for taking care of my Tundra! I know where I will be coming to service my vehicle moving forward!

  I used to think Hill Top has a good service department as they gave me pretty good experience and separated from the rest. After this, I feel they are just as horrible as other bad dealers I have dealt with.

  Everyone was friendly & patient with us as the times we went in we had our 2 year old daughter and a friend's 1 year old. I would recommend them highly!
